The team at Moss Bros. VW was beyond Exceptional. They were indeed a 10 plus on a scale of 10. They listened to what I wanted and ensured that my every purchase needs were met. Jose Rubi was professional and did not make me feel pressured to purchase my 2012 Passat. He was patient and well informed regarding finding me the vehicle of my choice. The sales manager, Mr. Ramon Cervantes, ensured that I recieved all my necessary information to ensure my customer quality was achieved. The General Manager, Jet Tingey was phenomenal. She did not play bargaining games with me and was sincere in her interactions in giving me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I have bought many cars before but never was it as pleasant and painless as dealing with Moss Bros VW. From the time I arrived onto the lot until the time I left your facility, every person I met was hospitable, friendly and VERRRY patient. I will not hesitate to refer others to purchase at this location.
