Review content:
A funeral home with this many reviews is obviously a red flag. Most do not recommend Ortiz which says much about this funeral home and its staff. Families feeling that they were dealt with unprofessionally should report the matter to the New York Funeral Board. These comments are reason to stay away and use a funeral home that has not been before the Board as Ortiz has. Ortiz has also been reported in the media and reported on. The reviews are a clear signal to stay away. There are many good caring funeral directors out there. Unfortunately this is not one of them.
