I have to say I read all the negative reviews and was not thrilled but since I didnt make the arrangements there wasnt much I could do. Everything negative about this place is 100% true. This place was a nightmare and anyone who thinks its NOT, obviously are low class people with no standards. The place was a zoo and it smelled like one as well they had kids and an actual dog in the funeral home running around and the employees never said anything. The bathroom was discusting and the toilet didnt work right. Everything that could go wrong did at this place and the owners sister couldnt care less and never apologized about anything. Our flowers were removed by an employee that DIDNT even speak ENGLISH! When we questioned them they claimed flowers were missing so they took ours because they thought we had them accidentally. The flowers clearly had our families name on them. The casket should have been closed well it WASNT, they were to provide an easel that didnt happen. They said that they only had ONE easel and that they would try to get us one, they NEVER came back with one. Really one easel OMG. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE TO BE CRAZY OR LOW CLASS TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS HERE.....
