We have a kind of unusual car, a Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas, and it has an aluminum skin body. There are only a few places in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I'm from Fort Worth, so I prefer to do work there. I heard some good things about Master Europa. Jeff came out and personally took a look at my car. He was very thorough, even though there was not a lot of damage. Don't get me wrong, there was a fair amount, as someone had backed into the car. Jeff knew a lot about what he was going to do, like how he would possibly have to remove the rear window to apply the final clear coat to ensure it would go all the way up without leaving a visible line. He was very knowledgeable about what had to be done and the right way to do it.
They got me a rental car, and the son of the receptionist even took me in his personal car to pick it up. They also made it so that I could leave the rental car there; they contacted the rental car company, and they picked it up from there, so I didn't have to mess with that.
I had some additional work done for some stone chip damage on the front. Jeff repainted that at a very fair and affordable price. The car came back totally detailed out, and I have not had a problem with anything. With the quality of their work, you can't really tell that anything had been worked on, or that it needed work. Master Europa just did a fabulous job. I absolutely would recommend them.
