My husband and I took our children to get their photos taken by the photographer/owner named Marsha. She was very unprofessional. We had the first appointment of the day and she came in late and I could tell from her attitude at the get go we should have just left, but they have a no refund/no reshoot policy, so I held it in and continued. Being that she was the owner, I thought she would be professional and friendly to her only customers there, but she continued to try and rush our photo shoot and only did 1 pose and had us pick 4 pictures from around 11. The package that I bought was 4 proofs for $60 that you had to put up front to make the appointment. Total waste of money!!! The funny thing is that she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy a package. The pictures were not professional quality and something I could have done if I had a better camera. She was even extremely rude to her assistant, so I guess it is in her nature. We used a small surfboard as the backdrop for the shoot and the photographer didn't notify her assistant that the most of the surfboard was not in the shots. We took 4 pictures with our kids over the years. One professional one, one at K-Mart, one on base, and one from a street vendor. Cover look is dead last. Save your money, save your time, and go else where.
Pros: assistant, christine, was nice and friendly. I feel bad for her and hope she gets another job.
Cons: the owner/photographer was the worst ever, awful quality photos
