i ove living at lamplighter they have great ammenities a wonderful office n clubhouse staff my neigbors r friendly and i feel very safe here. living here givesme a small town feeling that is reminiscent of life in maine but i get the benefits of being in the tampa metro area. luv nana the lady that works at the clubhouse she ios so great all the staff were so good to my nephew while he visitedhere for 5 weeks!!! i love the carnival they put on. now the down side. the guy who sold me my home agreed to put a new ac in but tried to go back on his word he was a real jerk his name is richard dont buy anything from him and if u do make sure u get it all in writing and have copies of wut u sign. i had to mwrite certified letter and send it directly to steiner communuties b4 the issue was resolved and i got my new air conditioner. richard gave me a run around for 3 weeks and tried to pass off the antique ac by servicing it. when i contacted steiner by phone i was ignored. but on the upside they did make it right and i sdidnt have to take em to court so that was a plus lol unfortuantely they werent even decent enuff to give me a follow up call or an apology but i guess u got to take the good w the bad!! the park is a great place to live and i happy to b raising my son here thanks to corrine and all the clubhouse staff that make it a good place to live
