Great cultural experience--especially if you like trying new things. Be prepared for something different, though. Chances are, that if you like Indian food, you will love Ethiopian--as the spices are somewhat similar. Most dishes are served with injera, a pancake-like flatbread with a sourdough-type taste. The food is normally served family style, where one big plate is brought out and everyone shares, picking up the food with pieces of injera bread. If you like strong coffee, be sure to ask for some of their authentic brew. Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee and if you love coffee it is not to be missed! Pros: Excellent food, superior service Cons: Only one location. Isn't near my work
