""We arrived 8 PM to find half the tables crammed in the middle of room to make room for a band that sounded great but there wasn't enough room for people moving around the bar area (kids in bar area), the beer was served in warm glasses from the dishwasher and we asked for cold mugs and they told us they were out as we looked around we saw one mug. We called for the manager to resolve the situation and she talked down to us and wanted us to pay for the flat warm beer and threatened to make us leave because I didn't want to pay for 2 beers that we refused to drink, so we left.""
