Review content:
Rick Moore (the pool doctor) installed pool in 2008 and removed old pool. after installation the liner was wrinkled and had installers footprints all around the bottom and the walls were leaning. Rick would not return to discuss this with us. He sent the 2 installers and they admitted the problems and were to return in 2 weeks to repair, but have yet to come, (its April 2009). I called several times, but he would not return my call or someone would take the message and no return call. I filed complaint with TN state consumer affairs and Rick Moore would not discuss with them. They gave excuses that were not even related to my situation. He even involved his wife, which had told me at one point she knew nothing about the pool problems. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE POOL DOCTOR aka Rick Moore.
Cons: TERRIBLE JOB, WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY, LIES ABOUT PROBLEMS
