Wanting to drive a VW again, I visited Hewlett to find a vehicle that would accommodate 3 growing kids. Gabriel Frunza showed me the Routan mini-van in the showroom. Since it didn't have all the specs I was looking for, Gabriel compiled a list of my color preferences, options etc and called me a couple of days later that they had a matching Routan at the dealership. Went in for a test-drive and purchased the car. Our sales consultant made it a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Gabriel is very knowledgeable about VW cars and customer oriented. The overall atmosphere at Hewlett VW is friendly. No experience with the service department yet, but customers are treated courteously from what I've seen.
