Customer service is the number one reason we've used Tommy's over and over. Simply put, they get it. This is no fly-by-night, gone-tomorrow-when-you-need-them operation. This is a small family owned business who understand what repeat business and word of mouth can do. We've never had any trouble with anything we want and everything is guaranteed...forever...and they back it up...forever. It doesn't get any better than that. They value their customers and want every customer to be satisfied. The first place our new cars go is Tommy's. Over the years we've had Tommy's install tint and clearbra on 7 vehicles and we recommend Tommy's to all of our friends. Tinted windows make any vehicle look great. Clearbra is the best way to protect the paint and the film Tommy's uses is WAY better than the film I saw come from a west side shop. Our truck got broken into once. The tint on the window kept the glass from going everywhere and Tommy's even coordinated with the glass installer to retint the window after the new glass was installed. There's just no need to look anywhere else for any type of film installation.
