Review content:
In a world of many illnesses and needs by many patients, I find SMC to be great! I am given honest and direct care for my needs including not just sound instruction but understanding and patience with my moods and behavior. The professionalism exhibited by the entire staff with care and follow-up gives me a sense of comfort that I have not experienced at other places. Being a very busy medical practice, trying to accommodate a fickle clientele with constantly recurring needs and last minute appointments and/or changes, this is a refreshing atmosphere to enjoy. When the long waits occur at times, I look around the waiting room and am amazed at how many of us are present and NO WONDER there are lags and delays. AND we're still all taken care of, too! At any rate, the customer service is excellent as far as I can observe!! Thanks for being there to care for me when I have needs. You inspire me to better personal health practices and I truly appreciate you!!
