Review content:
In the past 8 years that I have been a ""patient"" at Sonoran Medical Center I have not once been treated like I was important. The wait has been up to 45 minutes to 2 hours at times. I had a shoulder injury and they didn't want to give me a referral to get it looked at by a specialist. The office staff including the doctors seem like you are the last person they want to be helping at that moment. I want to feel like the 10 minutes that they are with me are about me and I don't want to feel scared to ask questions. I always feel like I will be laughed at if I ask a question in this office. I called to get an appointment for a serious sinus infection and they said they had nothing available for 2 days. I have never heard of a doctor's office not having appointments available for ""call ins"". The rooms are not attractive and the doctors seem tired and cranky.
