i've been to the farm cafe twice now and both times the food and drinks were to die for!!! ( OLCC is the best drink ever!) decor is cool and comfy..but the service is so udderly bad its almost laughable.its off burnside- in portland people!!! NOT beverly hills.. why treat your customers so rudely? would it kill you to smile once in awhile? do your owners not pay you enough? i mean geez- you're only open 6 hours a day it doesn't seem that hard. i have been in the customer service industry my whole working life. i understand having your bad days. but the whole staff? everytime? its not just me i have heard it from others and seen how you treat other patrons.
im starting to wonder if the most freshest, yummiest food ever isn't worth the attitude.
please fire everyone and start over.
