Do not believe a word they say! This mother and daughter are 100% CON -- we shopped this Rochester store for Prom dresses yesterday. We were treated horribly - they are COMPLETE snobs! I should've listened to my instincts and walked away but my daughter fell in love with a gown, they said its designer, no refund policy, wouldn't tell us the designer name/style. We purchased the gown for $479 -- got home, looked at tag in dress, googled only to find the exact dress for $270! I can't do anything at this point other than learn from my experience, and to warn you against these thieves!
