Review content:
So I have been a customer of that store since they open 2-3 years or so, I went there first week they open and have been there many times since then. Completely furnished my daughter apartment including linens, kitchen stuff, ext. Just to say I am there every month or every other month is not saying much. Long story short: in February I had purchased furniture item I thought may work for my bedroom ( I had sold my old set and was looking for eclectic items). At the time of the purchasing I had ask cashier how long can I keep this item before I make a decision whether I am keeping it or not and was told that after 30 days it?s a store credit- which is OK, ( also it is a piece of furniture its not like you can throw in your car and go)I defiantly understand I shop there al the time -not an issue, OK .I am not in the rush to return this item, I am thinking back and forth maybe, maybe not? In the back of my mind I think no rush I have my receipt , after all the thinking I decide not to keep this item. I ask my husband to please help me to bring it back to the store, we are bringing it in I completely not thinking I will have a problem WOOPS! Here it is we cannot take it back for full refund we will se what we can give you back : I am like -what? Anyway they kept 25% back and told me I am lucky to get anything back. So I ask -what about -with original receipt I get store credit (nobody had told me we adjust the price upon our discretion on how mush we will give you back after 30 days, whether 70%,50%, 25%, or not take it back at all to bad you were told -receipt -store credit TO BAD. I call store manager hopping to heart ?we are sorry, we want to keep our customers happy, your business is important to us?, but no he tells me we want to keep you happy and we are giving you 50% back on store credit when in reality they are taking 50% from me and don? t understand why I am not ecstatic.
