I have to say the truth.This department store has a lot of rude people.This guy bought a sunglasses and just went out of the store.Then he came back asking for an exchange because the glasses's screw came off or something,but the manager I think,didn't let him exchange it.Instead he said to go find the screw.The guy who bought the sunglasses give a fuss saying why can' t I exchange, and then the people working there called the security,but the he didn't do anything.You can get an exchange, he just went out of the store.Even the mall would let you exchange.And my brother found a shirt and he tried it on,then he took it off and put it in a different location.Then lady came up to me and said,""Oh you try something on and done,you must go put it in the same place"". I was like whoa,other people placed it in other places, how come you don't say them.My mom went to take my little brother to the restroom and she asked the lady and they said they had no restroom and so she went to ask the fitting lady and she said that the restroom was out of service.So which one is it?No restroom or Out of service?I give this store two thumbs down.I will never shop here again.The people working there should be more nicer and not call the security because some guy asked for an exchanged.But I should say the ""doorman"" was nice.He greeted people.But really,try to work on some manners.
