ON APRIL 12,2011, I HAD RE-BATH REMOVE MY EXISTING TUB AND INSTALL A WALK-IN-SHOWER WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS. AT 8:45am, I WAS CALLED BY YOUR TECHNICIANS WHO INFORMED ME THEY WOULD BE AT MY UNIT BY 9:15am. AT 9:15, THEY KNOCKED AT
MY DOOR. WHAT ENSUED WAS THE REMOVAL OF THE TUB AND THE NEW INSTALLATIION.
I FOUND THEM VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY ALSO COVERED MY RUG WITH A DROP CLOTH AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY LEFT ME COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND WHEN, FOLLOWED UP BY A WRITTEN SUMMARY.
ON APRIL 21st, 2011 I HAD THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE INSTALLED AT MY REQUEST. THE SAME COURTEOUS SERVICE WAS AFFORDED ME AND THE INSTALLER CALLED ME BEFORE HAND WITH HIS ARRIVAL TIME, WHICH WAS RIGHT ON THE NOSE, AND HIS EXPERT INSTALLATION AND FOLLOW-UP INSTRUCTIONS WERE TOP NOTCH.
I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RE-BATH AND I CAN TELL WHOEVER(OR WHOMEVER)READS MY REVIEW YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH RE-BATH OF TAMPA BAY.
I CHECKED THEM OUT WITH PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD; PINELLAS COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ALL HAD POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT RE-BATH, AND I WILL ADD MY COMMENTS TO THEM ABOUT THIS EXCELLENT COMPANY.
