Review content:
Needed a new igniter on my oven. Dean B. gave me the price. I asked what the replacement part cost? He said, ""over $100"". Based on that I agreed. Being computer savvy I looked up the retail cost of the part + found it to be, $48.50. I brought this to his attention and asked for a better price and ended up hearing about Advertising cost, inventory, workmans comp, blah blah...
For a 15 minute job and a $48 part, it wouldn't have killed him to knock off $10-$15 from total cost. Now he lost a potential lifetime customer and will see negative post about my experience. Not a smart business move.
Also, I google earthed his company........ he works from his home, not even a commercial location to maintain.
