Review content:
They ran my debit card without authorization! Then I made a cash payment and they didn't tell me they had already ran my card. They caused my account to overdraw and basically told me it was my fault and they just wouldn't accept phone payments from me if it was going to be an issue! So......I get to spend extra time and money to drive up there and deal with their rudeness. My car will be paid off soon and I had fully anticipated using Shawnee Mission Kia used cars again. But if that means that I have to go through Peoples Auto then FORGET IT! Sorry Tyrone, they just lost you a sale.
OH and when we asked for a supervisors number, they just transferred me to another girl in the same office! Deceitful!!!
