i was recomended this company by a friend due to a slite accident i had with my new carpet , i had only had the carpet for 2 days and i manged to spill a bottle of red wine on to it ,it is one of those extremy thick carpets and it just sucked the wine up into it , well i tried everything to get rid of this stain with no luck , i was so mad with myself that i had done this as it was`nt a cheap carpet , so after the recomendation i decided to give Miracle Cleaning a try , i phoned them up and explained to them what i had done and they told me not to worry they had delt with this type of thing before and assured me they could sort it , well thats exactly what they did they came out and within an hour they had my carpet back to how it should be, no more stain , id just like to say these people are fantastic and if any one has the same problems i did please give them a call you will not regret it , also they saved me from alot of ear ache from the wife who was not best pleased with what i had done, so i would like to say a big thank you to first the employie who came out and got the stain removed and the company for saving my neck thanks alot
