I have hired Bills shop several times over the past 6 months. Bill himself is a great guy, very honest, very professional and will get you the right parts for the budget you have. The shop staff however is very unorganized and not detail oriented. I had to take my car back twice for them to ""fix"" something else they have missed while fixing the problem I've had. It isn't enough to just tell one person what the problem is because ur message never gets passed on right or with missing information. Communication between the staff members is lacking. I asked them to install a exhaust gas probe and left my car to stay there overnight, come back the next day and they have hooked up the vacuum hose going to my boost gauge to the exhaust port on the turbo telling me my boost gauge wasn't working. I had to wait for an hour for them to ""attempt to get it fixed and at the end the exhaust port I had installed was removed, threads were stripped and instead of installing the probe they said I needed another exhaust port. Sadly this is the second occurance, the first time around the staff forgot to add coolant to my radiator - the engine almost overheated. Pros: Good prices, will find parts that fits your budget Cons: Unorganized shop staff, bad communication
