I have been taking aerobics classes since my junior year in college; more than 15 years. I really enjoy the classes at MetroFitness. My favorite class is the StepAerobics. They offer classes 7 days a week at various times to fit any schedule. The instructors are nice and I have had the same instructor since I started here 6 months ago. The rates are very reasonable and the facility is clean and well kept. I highly recommend MetroFitness
