The best of the best!!!!!! Quite honestly written, I was a bit skeptical at first, I got a quote over the phone that seemed too good to be true. I waited for the written estimate as promised to be e-mailed the next day and it wasn't; I figured I was lied to as this is the norm in the moving industry. 48 hours later I received an e-mail apologising for the delay in the written estimate. I was upset, and had booked with another company. On my moving day, the new company I had booked my move with showed up, quoted me a cheap price over the phone, but upon arrival played the usual game with me that they did not realize the pieces were so big and they doubled the price on me- so, I sent them away. I was angry, frustrated, and dismayed. I reluctantly called 0123 Movers of San Francisco, had no choice but to tell the secretary the truth, 15 minutes later I got a call from Anthony, the owner, not only did he honor his original quote but he accompanied his crew to make sure the move would go smoothly. Once he calmed me down and assured me that I would be well taken care of, he did leave- much to my dismay, but at this point I trusted him. I had no idea that when his crew got to my new home, Anthony would show up to ensure the move would end smoothly. He is a class act, honest, and trust worthy. I highly, highly recommend.
