Businiess name:  Chang's House

Review content:
The service was very friendly and my order was delivered quickly and was correct. Given all that, I was very disappointed with the food. This was my first order from Chang's House and it will be my last. One way I judge a new Chinese place is by their General Gau's (or however the individual restaurant names it) Chicken andtheir Beef Lo Mein. I was very disappointed with both dishes from Chang's House. The General's chicken was RED and had a very sticky sweetness not well balanced with any other flavors. The breading on the chicken was mushy and tasteles. As for the Lo Mein, it was almost completely without beef and very dry. There was almost no sauce and the noodles were gummy. Not very pleasant to eat. The Peking Dumplings and Chicken Wings were...okay. Nothing special at all. I just moved to Brighton from Watertown. I was hoping Chang's House could be my new Chinese go-to place here. I'm sad to say that it will not be. My search will continue. Pros: Good service and decent selection Cons: Quality of the food was extremely lacking
