Businiess name:  Apex Car Rental

Review content:
I was in dire straits after a car wreck, and didn't feel much like driving any distance to pick up a rental car, while I waited to hear from the other driver's insurance company. I took my other car into the shop and started having some work done on it to be able to get it inspected. The insurance company seemed to be dragging its feet about getting me some transportation...I called Apex Car Rentals, and the lady there got everything approved within 10 minutes!!! After my alloted time was up, they called to inform me of that change, and said that if I wanted to keep it any longer, that the price would be $29.95 a day plus tax. I had been told that the insurance company had been only paying $19.95 per day. I was angry, and returned the car that evening, after they closed, and thankfully they didn't charge me for being late! Apparently, it is a common practice to give insurance companies a break on their pricesat ALL car rental businesses.
