Review content:
My friends and I have only been to the bar section of this establishment for their karaoke nights. Karaoke is great, but the service there is incredibly lacking. You must be seated at a table and wait for a waitress to get you your beers. They have two waitresses, usually, and we always end up either having to hunt ours down to order more drinks, or wait a ridiculous amount of time for our drinks to arrive. Meanwhile, you can clearly see the waitress standing in the doorway or chatting it up with regulars. This restaurant/bar clearly needs to get better waitresses or improve on their current methods of service.
