Businiess name:  Nice and Clean Car Wash

Review content:
I used the Comet Car Wash in Johnston, RI and called the 508-586-6400. No one answered the first time, but answered the second time. I told this guy that I deposited $7 in the automatic car wash using quarters and that the machine didn't work. A similar incident happened last year, but I chalked it up to a loss. He was rude and unprofessional when I asked for his name and an address for his business. He wanted my name, which I gave and then my home address so he can mail a refund. After he refused many time to give me his name (eventually he gave me his first) then eventually gave me his last name.... gessh it was like pulling teeth. I didn't believe him and didn't want him to have my home address, so I gave him an address of where I work, the police department. When a business is conducting business, you should be able to ask with whom are speaking and able to get a name without a problem or any questions asked. I will not be using Comet Car Wash in the future.
