Skip the restaurant and head over to the bar and order the fantastic ""cuban pressed sandwich"" or any of the other items from the excellent bar menu or some apetizers from the regular menu. Flush it all down with a martini or a periodista or a mojito or whatever. That is - if you can get a seat. The bar, mind you, is crowded with black turtleneck wearing poets reading the collected works of tolstoy. Aroung 8 or 9pm you could easily mistake the crowd jumping on a free bar stool or table for a pack of feeding hyenas. So come late (or early) because the food and the atmosphere are actually really worth it!
