Do not get defrauded by this ""company"" like I did. The reason I say ""company"" in quotes is because this is a one-man operation (with an expired business license from the year 2000), who uses an assistant who invests all of her time in her own photography business instead of worrying about customer satisfaction when it comes to the ballooning business. The only time it is easy to get a call returned is before you have paid them! After that... good luck!
