Review content:
My husband and son both get their hair cut at Great Clips for hair. They rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes for a cut, and the stylists do a fantastic job. Recently, my son got his haircut and when he came home, I commented that it was not short enough. The next day, my husband took him back to get more trimmed off. He was not charged for the extra trim and the next week we received a coupon for a free cut as an apology for the hassle of having to come back in for a shorter cut! Great Clips will definitely be keeping our business!!!
