My wife and I were married in March, 2007 in Savannah, GA and hired Erica Pollak doing business as Pollak Phototgraphy to preserve the photographic memories of one of the most special days my wife and I have ever spent together. It is now 9 months later, none of our emails or phone calls have been returned since the wedding save for 1 email in May. We have even tried third party organizations with ties to this business, all with zero results. We have filed a complaint with the Gov't entity that receives such things in regard to businesses, see their website for the 5 other complaints filed against this business (I'm sure you know the one I'm referring to). We too have paid in full and have absolutely nothing to show for it save for a few photos relatives took. All that we have requested is a CD containing all the photos that were taken in raw format so we could print them ourselves; we still have not received that CD. Pollak Photography seems willing to take your money but fails to deliver the product. you signed a contract for. Buyer be warned if you are thinking of using this company and their services, if you are still thinking about it be sure to exercise due diligence and do your research before spending your money on memories that you may never get to see. We are now escalating matters in pursuit of what is rightfully ours. If you are one of the unlucky ones and have found yourself in our situation, feel free to contact us as well.
