I had filled out a review months ago on this site, and for some strange reason, my review was deleted, Hmmmmmm...I find that VERY DISHONEST, I am not sure who it was that deleted my review from here, I find that very unethical!!!! I have had a few really BAD EXPERIENCES ever since the new management, I have been a client since 2007, and the original staff was AMAZING, apparently this spa was purchased by someone new, mysteriously the originaI staff has disappeared :(. As I walked in I was not treated like an important existing client, the front desk receptionist (an older women, not a very good physical example) was very rude and seemed like she did not know what she was talking about, that was the first offense, secondly the atmosphere was really unprofessional, that was the second offense, third I was not happy with my botox, I paid to much for it to last only one month!!!!! Please don't delete this review!!
