After having several phone calls with their people going over I wanted my chimney cleaned and what brand of fireplace I have. We finally agree on a date and time for service. The man that shows up at my door is a sub-contractor not an actual employee of the business. When done with the work he states my oil flue is clean. I said you were hired to do the chimney. Ocean State put the wrong information on the work order. He did the chimney and he did not ask for extra money. I went through my records and realize it was Ocean State Chimney SVC I used last time and was very happy with. When THEY cleaned my chimney they cleaned both the oil and chimney flues for the same price.
