I called in just trying to make an appt. for both a facial and pedicure... The front desk wasn't very helpful at all, they asked me what time would work for me when I gave them that information ( late morning ) they said they could but would have to cut the pedicure by 15 mins. (but no cut on the cost) I asked what time would I need to come in on a Thursday so I could get both done .. they couldn't accomidate me unless I want to cut a time down on one or the other services .. I wasn't asking for a full complete package just a facial and pedicure .. very upsetting
