This place is going to be the most happening thing in Citrus Heights when it comes to residential living! They've got hardwood floors in the entrywasy and kitchen, all new linoleum and carpeting throughout each apartment, two-tone accent walls, all new appliances, upgraded features like ceiling fans, faucets, etc.
The place is currently undergoing major construction so even the exterioir is gonna look amazing. The office staff is friendly and always up for hearing out the resident's view on things. And the maintenance does an unbelievable job; just look at the newly remodeled apartments.
This place it!
Pros: NEWLY REMODELED, AMENITIES GALORE, VERY PROFESSIONAL
