Review content:
I just closed on a house with my partner and we used HTM as our mortgage broker. We used Pat Myrick who was phenomenal. As first time home buyers, she answered all of our questions and helped us out along the way. We felt so at ease during closing because we know that Pat has guided us and helped us provide all of our documentation and funding to the title company. We will definitely used Pat again if we buy another house in Dallas!
