I live in San Antonio and took my Nephew and his family from out of town, it was the worst and most embarrasing experince I have had. We asked to sit outside they sat us as far in as you can get, by the restrooms, when we told the person seating us we wanted outside they told us, WHATEVER! We waited 20 min no one helped us we were leaving and I wanted a refund for my drink the manager told me he did not have time for me and called the Park Rangers, he would not tell me his name or phone # of the establishment, I will never go back and I will tell everyone about my lousy experince, I was with family and for the $$ we were going to spend, I expect to be treated much better! Pros: On the river Cons: to pricey, rude manager, equals rude employees
