Review content:
The Gorilla Test Prep might be fine for SAT, GRE or ACT but I do not recommend it for serious people studying for the GMAT. The instructor was a nice enough person and the class size was very small but other than reading to you from two different GMAT books (that you could easily buy at Barnes and Noble) the ""teacher"" is just some person that has read the prep book before you. They give you a syllabus that explains how to work through problems on your own and suggest that you take a practice test once a week. The classes themselves were totally worthless the teacher NEVER KNEW MORE THAN THE BOOK!!!!! The class was supposed to be three hours long but it was usually more like 90 minutes. There was no ""quizzes"" in class or any learning that take place in the class because the teacher is just a nice person who's job it is read the book to you aloud from the book if you have a question. In fact you have to email the teacher any math questions in advance because it wasn't her ""strongest skill"" so she needed to be able to prepare how to answer the math question before class. Her only advice again and again was, ""It's all about the rhythm of taking the test."" The gmat is a whole lot more than ""the rhythm of taking a test"". Do not take this class. Study on your on if you can't afford Kaplan or Princeton review. Pros: Affordable Cons: Teacher not prepared to teach complex math review
