I've rented from Farnsworth HIll for several years and have had nothing but negative interactions with them. In fact, throughout this period, they have gone from bad to worse in terms of customer service and apartment upkeep. The simplist request or inquiry is ignored for months despite the tenant's continual follow-up. In an effort to defer the issue, the manager places the blame on the tenants, repeatedly instructing him/her to ""be patient."" The on-site staff and the office personnel are equally unpleasant and unresponsive and will make you jump through hoop after hoop to avoid spending money on a repair. They are as cheap as they come. There have been many incidents of dishonesty as well. One only needs to search the Internet to see how many former clients, contractors, employees and tenants have somehow been agrieved by the property manager of Farnsworth-Hill. I am writing to warn that their poor reputation is well deserved.
