I hate to give a bad review but I really have to. I went to Todd's body shop today to utilize their towing service. When I arrived I found parking to be nearly non-existent, but hey no problem, I just parked in the next lot and walked over. When I got onto the property an employee (Who's name I didn't get) Approached me and said my car would be towed (Odd thing to say to a customer trying to get towing service). I explained that we would just be a minute and that I found it hard to believe that I would be towed in that amount of time. He proceeded to say ""Listen here smart-ass"". I don't think I need to go any further do I? That sort of customer service is utterly unacceptable and I will not do business with Todd's again.
