I have experience from behind the counter ,and was treated great until recently by Replay Games and DVD. When every single person in my store was laid-off with no warning for not making enough money. So I will give you a feel of how I viewed the store as I worked there.
Pros: You get a Life-time warrenty that covers the cd if it does not have physical damage.
Cons: Higher to equal prices then the competitor , low quality cd , horrible trade-in value then the competitor, and mostly undertrained employees.
