Just recieved a letter discharging me from the practice after I complained of disorganization and rude office staff. In 9 years I saw my doctor 2 times; most often I was thrown in with someone I had never met. The staff that operate the referrals, scheduling, payment, medical records are unfriendly, disorganized, and come off as if any expectation that they follow through with their duties are ""your problem."" They are fine with you if you give in to their passive aggressive treatment. If you dare to speak up about no one calling you back with a referral or if someone being rude to you over the phone then everyone treats you as if you are a jerk. If you want to experience a clinic atmosphere where the staff lord over you and deny any expression of expections of quality customer service or dissatisfaction, go here for your healthcare needs.
