Review content:
I was referred by several people to this company to help restore an old marble mantel. I called and was told they could, without a doubt, help out. ""This is our business"" I was told. All I had to do was email pictures. I was told they would get a quote that same day. Three weeks later and I was still waiting. I email again, and heard nothing. Four weeks later I called, I simply asked if they could or could not help. Of course, I was told. ""We are just very busy"". I was told I would hear from them that day. Still nothing. Not being able to help me is fine. Ignoring a potential customer is just RUDE. if they are not able to help, a simple ""sorry, can't help"" is good for business. I would look elsewhere. Obviously, they like to ignore what they can't handle. I have looked elsewhere and will not refer this company to our rehab buddies. Communication is key, this business hasn't figured that out yet.
