Uptown Pilates on Madison has indeed become my happy place. I moved to the UES from Portland about seven months ago. When I first moved to NYC I was very lonely. I had was an avid Pilates practitioner in Portland so I immeidately sought out a Pilates studio close to my apartment. Becasue citysearch said that Uptown Pilates on Madison was one of the best in the city, I decided to try a private session. I have made some close friends at this studio and it really has become somewhat of a home away from home for me. Uptown Pilates has the most amazing classical instructors. It is a beautiful space and the staff is super helpful. I am so thankful and proud to be a part of the Uptown Pilates community.
