Review content:
We took our car there for repair and asked them to call us with pricing and they didn't call and locked the place up, with our car inside the garage!!! We couldn't get the car until the next day as they never called. We had to pay for a taxi to get to Red Line to get our car. They never told us what happened, they never apologized and they tried to charge us $225 for bending a windshield wiper back into shape. I told him to charge me fairly what he would charge his mother and he ended up charging me $25. Go figure! This is why everyone takes their cars to Charlies!!!
