In Washington its often too cold to go to Wild Waves which is only open a few months of the year, but you can always go to the Great Wolf Lodge where its 82 degrees year round. I dream of going one day when its snowing. While it can be expensive to go here as all admission includes hotel night it does make for a great weekend getaway and for the price you pay for your hotel room you get almost two full days of water park admission for at least 4 people, so if you do the math it is cheaper than our other Washington water park option. It can be crowded, with lots of children running around the hotel at all times, but bring some along or join in with them. There are even theme rooms available where you can sleep in a cave for a hefty price and a few other options. Some other amenities are on site, including a restaurant, but the water park is by far the best attraction. There is even an outdoor hot tub if the 82 degrees gets to be too much for you, but it can be just what you need to fight off seasonal depression. Pros: 82 degrees, water park Cons: lots of kids
