I have suffered for several years from severe neck pain and stiffness. I had tried aspirin, massage and heat to help relieve the pain. When my neck was really bad I would get ringing in my ears. I also had difficulty turning over in bed at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. After the first correction I immediately noticed that I had better balance and my neck felt looser.
