Review content:
I went to see Dr. Harman over two weeks ago with severe wrist pain and weakness, numbness in two of my fingers, losing my grip, and pain centered around my thumb. The first thing you notice when you go into the office is a notice on the receptionist's window telling you not to hover because they will not open the window for you. Dr. Harman was nice but I don't feel he really listened to all of my symptoms. They did some x-rays, which were inconclusive so Dr. Harman ordered a CT scan. His Medical Assistant, Bridget, gave me a wrist stabilizer and my paperwork telling me she had to get an authorization from my insurance company for the CT scan and she would call me the next day. A full week went by and I called the office twice trying to get someone to return my call. When she finally did she told me she was waiting on my dictation, which had been taking a week. I have called their office two more times and I can't get anyone to call me back. I guess my wrist is supposed to heal on its own.
