There are nice amenities such as the fitness center, and the free breakfast, the microwave in the room and a small fridge. The rooms smelled horrible. The linen was not clean. It smelled like old dirty clothes in a clothes hamper. My experience with the check-in person was horrible. She was rude and did not take time to listen to my concerns or questions before cutting me off as soon as she could. Poor hospitality. The night auditor was better. I actually haven't eaten the breakfast yet as it will be ready in a couple of hours. I am awake because I can't sleep because of the smell and I've already purchased the room, but we are changing hotels tomorrow! Did I mention the horrible stench!!! Also, I had a non-smoking room and it smelled like someone next door was smoking or like someone was walking down the hall smoking. The walls are paper thin. That's the other reason I'm up. You hear everything and I guess smell everything too. Not exactly what I need when I have an interview in the morning. I just hope the free breakfast will be good. I am severely disappointed. You never know what you are going to get when you book over the phone. I will never stay at one of these hotels again, if this is the norm.
